A Beautiful Overachiever!

Just emailing with this family pumped us up.  Bree's mom gave us so much info that we felt so comfortable going into the shoot.  We had a "science geek that rocks out on a 100 year old piano" (direct quote from mom) and a beautiful location.  Then we met Bree.  This girl is GORGEOUS! and amazingly smart.  So smart, in fact, that she's going to France in October after winning a science award.  Who does that?  

We were so lucky to shoot her senior pictures and with her strong support system behind her we know she will go so far!  Congratulations, Bree, and have fun in France!

Rainy Day ~ Atlanta Photographers

I'm sitting here with my three kids all making varying degrees of raucous because there is a thunderstorm outside and nowhere but here to release their energy.  {sigh}  Being wedding photographers  in Georgia, Atlanta and Athens specifically, means that we put up with all sorts of weather.  We've photographed many a beautiful couple in extreme heat and beastly cold (per Georgia standards).  Seeing this downpour makes me so thankful that after 80+ weddings we have never photographed a rainy day wedding.  I think that is an amazing record!  So you can pretty much count on having a beautiful day if you book us for your wedding photography!  ;-)

A nice day for a HOT wedding ~ Atlanta Wedding Photographers

Kait and I were like kids in a candy store photographing this wedding.  It was at the amazing Ansley Golf Club in Atlanta.  We had a blast shooting Allison and Sam on their special day and were ecstatic that it was an indoor wedding since it was over 90 degrees and humid.  We didn't mind going on the golf course for a little while to get some shots with the skyline though...even if meant a small ant attack.  Congratulations, Allison and Sam.  Thanks for letting us capture your gorgeous day! 

 

 

Father's Day Surprise!

I love surprises!  Who doesn't?  When this mom called and said that she wanted to do a photo shoot to surprise her hubby for Father's Day, I was completely on board.  It has been a while since Gracie and Joel have had their picture taken, but they acted like professionals.  We had a blast and I hope their dad loves them!
