Paradise on the Golf Course

If you've ever been to The Georgia Club then you already know how gorgeous it is out there. But, if you haven't been you can get a good idea from the pictures below. I met Madison and her parents at the golf course for a family photo shoot and it was such a perfect session. Madison is 6 months old and a real happy-go-lucky little girl. She has some awesome hair and a huge smile! We all enjoyed being out in the sunshine that morning and even watched a couple of deer run across the course while we were shooting. Ahhhhh...summertime. Oh, and happy 1st Father's Dad, Mike!

Details and Special Moments

Kait and I had such a blast at Heather and Daniel's wedding. We are both friends with Heather on Facebook and her wedding countdown psyched us up for the big day, but I don't think we were expecting all of the love and details involved. This wedding had it ALL. Beautiful venues, a GORGEOUS dress, a choreographed first dance, an emotional father/daughter dance, a signature drink, amazing music, a 5 hour open bar and sparklers...oh, and a velvet Elvis! We loved being a part of their special day and witnessing their love. Congrats to the cutest couple in the world!

Summer Family Fun / Athens, GA Family Photographer

We met this family at the UGA campus for their session and we had the perfect scenery, great people, and extremely hot weather. I mean HOT. After all, this is Georgia! I should be used to it by now but every year I am shocked at just how blasted hot it is. As I "glistened" away, the Purcell family showed no signs of heat trauma. In fact, they were all smiles and had a great attitude, which makes it a lot of fun to shoot. We love it when a family isn't afraid to get close to each other, laugh together, and show uninhibited love for one another. Hope you all like these shots as much as we do!

Haley & Fiona / Walton County Portrait Photographer

I had a blast meeting Haley, her family, and her horse Fiona. We did this shoot where Haley's Mom grew up, so there was a ton of sentimental value to the location in addition to the sheer beauty of the rustic countryside. We began the session with Haley's horse, Fiona, who cooperated except for her ravenous appetite! Haley changed her clothes a few times for variety, and there were so many amazing shots...it was hard to decide what to put on this post! I'm looking forward to photographing this family again soon!
