About Kait and Christina

Kait and Christina met in 2001 while they were working at a retail photography studio in the mall. After working together for a little over a year, they made the bold decision to start K&C Photography since photography was a passion for both of them and the retail hours weren't working out.

It's official! - May 2002

Kait met Randy while she was attending UGA.  They dated for 4 years before they were married on October 2, 2004.  They have two beautiful boys, Ethan, who was born in May 18, 2007, and Jake, who was born June 9, 09.  You never know what is going to come out of Ethan's mouth.  Christina's favorite Ethan-ism is "Mommy! I'm colding!" Jake is all boy and thinks he's indestructible.  They welcomed, Aubrey Lauren, to the world in February 2012.  Randy owns Randy's Custom Fit Pro Shop inside Oasis Bowling Center in Loganville and is currently in pharmacy school.

Jake, Aubrey and Ethan

Christina met her husband, Chris, while they were getting their Commercial Photography Degree from Gwinnett Tech.  They didn't start dating until right after the program ended, but better late than never!  They were married on July 7, 2007 in a 100 year old church that Kait and Christina photographed a wedding at.  Christina saw the church and knew that's where she'd get married even before her and Chris started dating.  Chris is the Digital Imaging Technician and technical guru for Jayan Films in Atlanta.  On November 27, 2010, they welcomed their first child, Emma.

Haven't had enough?  
Here are a few random facts about Christina and Kait. 

- If asked, Christina says her favorite color is yellow, but it's really red. (there's no explanation why she does that)

- Kait is a problem solver by nature which means she gives the BEST advice.


- They have both been known to sob at the weddings they're shooting (not cry, SOB).

- Christina wakes up with a different song in her head every morning.  


- Kait's cat, Tootsie, has 24 toes.  All of her feet have 6 toes.  It's cute, but strange.


- They both enjoy 90's rap music (a little too much).

- Christina's best wedding memory was when a bride had a life-sized cardboard cutout of her brother who was in Africa.

- Kait's worst wedding memory was having to tell a bride that her wedding cake was melting and about to collapse.  She took the news better than expected.


- They are best friends, complete dorks and can laugh about anything!
